Long-term partnership with BML Ventures realises billion-pound valuation

As part of a 4 year relationship, BML Ventures conducted Digital Due Diligence and developed a transition strategy for the £100m acquisition of a hospitality operator by a global travel and leisure brand.

This then evolved into the delivery of a complete value creation strategy that took the hospitality operator; from a point of initial acquisition at £500 million, to divestment at a value of £1bn, in 4 years.
